| La Caumette is a small hamlet located among the vineyards that cover the rolling hills around the Pyrennees. The market town of Bedarieux is only a five minute drive away. In the heart of the Languedoc region, it is within easy reach of airports in Montpellier, Perpignan, Carcassonne (1 hour), Nimes and Toulouse (2 hours). It is an excellent base for exploring the many wonderful towns and cities in this part of France. Situated in the Languedoc National Park, there are plenty of outdoor pursuits to keep you entertained. There are many golf courses nearby and the beaches of the Mediterrennean can be reached in half an hour. The Spanish border is only 90 minutes away, and day trips to Barcelona are possible. |
